I am reading a book,Cosmic Journeys by Rosalind K. McKnight. She worked for years with Robert
Monroe at The Monroe Institute. She speaks of entering many levels of Consciousness and takes
Journeys into nature in which she experiences the loving energy that pervades nature and the whole
of the Cosmos. We can feel this, but most of us are completely unaware that we are all a part of
a marvelous experience of existence that is full of joy and wonder. I am just sketching just a bit of
it here, but we all really need to learn more about the rich complexities of our existence here and
now.

Heart Practice
It’s a sweet practice. But my concern is that by focusing so much on only the positive emotions and pushing back the negative emotions that this will lead to repression and spiritual bypassing. I feel it’s good to cultivate love in the heart and then to embrace everything, including all of the negative emotions, thoughts and feelings with love. This can be healing and transformative.
