Life is a School

I’d like to share a brief video clip I recorded recently where I explore the concept that Life is a School.

Dramatic political, social, cultural and economic problems, international conflicts, ecological challenges and world-changing technological advancements are intensifying at the same time our humanity is maturing and blossoming like never before. Our personal healing, spiritual practice, and the depth of our souls are bearing fruit as we are recognizing now that all of life is a school.

The wisdom, compassion, humor and vivacity that this school is teaching us are helping many of us to make a difference in the world. We are awakening. And yet it’s all coming together in a time when our shared human civilizational experiment seems like it’s coming apart.

But we’re also learning that reality is never a ‘problem’ but in fact is luminous and beautiful, a basis not for fear, but joy. So let’s not be afraid to face the paradox, and let it teach and grow us.
