On April 18th Diane Hamilton, Jeff Salzman and I convened a virtual town square conference call to discuss the Boston Marathon bombing in a richer way than we saw people doing in the media. We wanted to engage in an integral discourse, addressing more of the many possible “true but partial” perspectives on this tragic, disruptive event.
It began as we planned, but then it evolved, especially when I inadvertently (I didn’t even recognize her at first!) called on the noted developmental researcher and theorist, Suzanne Cook-Greuter. A healing, challenging, and clarifying experience emerged, for all of us. I think you’ll enjoy checking out the varied “I, We, and It” perspectives that surfaced.
To our evolution,
Terry
