In this brief video, Terry reflects upon how a truly integrated being comes from an integrated heart, an Integral Heart. That is the essence of it all, what allows the greater intelligence that wants to flow through us — creatively, spiritually, emotionally, to be expressed.
We may find ourselves in a culture that has evolved to lull us into a “consensus trance”, a state that tends to dull us and leave us feeling defeated and numb, able to express only in the most predictable of ways.
But when our integrated heart intelligence comes online, we find ourselves living from a different octave of energy, one that is synced up with our gut intelligence, our mental intelligence, our whole being intelligence. We wake up from the trance into a living romance with Reality itself.
We remember that we are already connected to All That Is and we become a vessel for Life to flow through us in imaginative, sometimes unprecedented expressions.
